Burns succeeds co-founder Andrew Leece, who transitions to Head of Strategic Partnerships to focus on key customer and data center relationships. Under the employment agreement, Burns receives an annual base salary of AUD$550,000 (approx. US$395,000) with eligibility for short-term and long-term incentive awards up to 150% of his base salary. The company operates in the artificial intelligence infrastructure sector, providing sovereign AI computing capabilities through its Neocloud platform.
