CSN agrees to sell CSN Cimentos for R$12.7B enterprise value in exclusivity deal with Huaxin

Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) has entered into a ten-day exclusivity agreement with Huaxin Building Materials Group Co. to finalize the sale of its subsidiary, CSN Cimentos Brasil S.A. The transaction values CSN Cimentos at an enterprise value of R$12.7 billion. Huaxin submitted the most advantageous proposal in a competitive process that began in March 2026. CSN intends to sign definitive documents within days and will update investors on material developments. The company operates in the steel and building materials industry.
