On October 5, 2026, Sidus Space expanded its board from five to six directors and appointed Larry G. Swets Jr. as a new director. Mr. Swets will serve until the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders or until his successor is duly elected and qualified. The Board also designated him as an Audit Committee financial expert.
