Gebbia will step down from the CEO role on that date but remain Chairman of the Board. The new Co-CEOs are sons of the outgoing CEO and bring over 30 years of combined experience in the securities and brokerage industry. Siebert Financial Corp. operates as a financial services firm providing investment banking, wealth management, and insurance products.
