Sirius XM Holdings Inc. announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Wayne D. Thorsen will cease employment effective July 31, 2026. The departure follows no disagreements regarding operations or policies. Mr. Thorsen receives a lump sum payment of $1,050,000 representing a prorated portion of his 2026 annual bonus, payable within 60 days upon execution of a general release. All unvested equity awards are forfeited without consideration. The company does not intend to appoint a successor Chief Operating Officer at this time.
