SiTime director Katherine Schuelke resigns effective Oct 20; board size reduced to eight

On October 19, 2026, SiTime Corporation announced that Class III director Katherine E. Schuelke resigned from the Board and its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Compensation and Talent Committees, effective October 20, 2026. The resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company regarding operations or policies. Concurrently, the board approved a reduction in its size from nine to eight members. SiTime Corporation designs and manufactures silicon timing devices for electronic systems.
