Tanger reports Q3 FFO of $0.64 per share and raises full-year guidance

Tanger Inc. reported third-quarter net income of $0.29 per share and Funds From Operations (FFO) of $0.64 per share, beating prior year figures. The company raised its 2026 estimated diluted FFO per share range to $2.45–$2.53 from the previous low-end estimate of $2.45. Tanger also announced a quarterly cash dividend increase to $0.3125 per share, payable November 13 to holders of record on October 30.
