Sol-Gel Technologies announced the completion of patient treatment and follow-up for its pivotal Phase 3 clinical trial (SGT-610-01) evaluating SGT-610, a topical hedgehog inhibitor, in patients with Gorlin syndrome. The study enrolled 113 patients, with 102 completing the randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled protocol over 12 months. Top-line results are expected in late November 2026 following database lock and statistical analysis.
