Soluna Holdings, Inc. announced an amended agreement with Dory Creek, LLC, a subsidiary of Bitdeer Technologies Group, to expand Bitcoin mining operations at Project Kati 1 in South Texas. The amendment adds approximately 7 MW of capacity, bringing the total deployment to 35 MW and generating approximately 2.42 EH/s of hash rate. This expansion fully subscribes the site's K1BC phase and is expected to be completed by November 2026. Under this co-mining arrangement, Soluna provides the facility, power, and operations, while Bitdeer supplies its Sealminer A2 Pro Air equipment and shares in the mining proceeds. The company operates in the green data center industry, designing and operating digital infrastructure for intensive computing applications like AI and Bitcoin mining.
