Soluna Holdings, Inc. announced changes to the annual compensation for Chief Executive Officer John Belizaire. Following a review by the Compensation Committee, Mr. Belizaire's annual base salary was increased to $600,000, effective retroactively to January 1, 2026. Additionally, the company established a target annual bonus opportunity for him equal to 100% of his base salary, contingent upon performance goals set by the Committee.
