Affiliates of Altaris LLC completed the acquisition of Simulations Plus, Inc., merging it into a wholly owned subsidiary and taking the company private. Shareholders received $18.50 per share in cash, valuing the total transaction at approximately $376.8 million. The combined entity integrates Simulations Plus with Chemical Computing Group to expand capabilities in drug discovery and development software.
