Silexion Therapeutics announced the successful initiation of its Phase 2/3 clinical trial for SIL204, a small interfering RNA therapy targeting KRAS-driven locally advanced pancreatic cancer. The first site activated is Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center in Israel, which has cleared patient screening with dosing anticipated in coming weeks. This milestone follows regulatory approvals from the Israeli Ministry of Health and Germany’s BfArM, marking the transition from preparation to active clinical execution. Additional sites in Israel and Germany are expected to join soon. Silexion Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing RNA interference therapies for KRAS-driven cancers.
