Summit Therapeutics announced that partner Akeso will present updated overall survival data from the Phase III HARMONi-2 trial at the IASLC World Conference on Lung Cancer on September 15, 2026. The interim analysis showed ivonescimab reduced the risk of death by 27% compared to pembrolizumab (HR 0.73), with a median overall survival of 30.8 months versus 22.6 months. In PD-L1 high-expressing patients, the hazard ratio was 0.58. Summit is concurrently conducting the global Phase III HARMONi-7 study for ivonescimab in this patient population.
