Snail, Inc. received a conditional decision from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel to continue listing its Class A Common Stock on The Nasdaq Capital Market under symbol "SNAL." This follows previous delisting notices for non-compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price and stockholders' equity requirements. While the company regained bid price compliance via a reverse split effective July 2, 2026, it must now demonstrate compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b) by obtaining a minimum stockholders’ equity of at least $2,500,000 within a prescribed time period. The company must also file timely public disclosure describing the transactions undertaken to achieve this equity target and provide prompt notification of any significant events affecting compliance. Failure to satisfy these conditions will result in delisting from Nasdaq. Snail, Inc. is a leading global independent developer and publisher of interactive digital entertainment for consumers around the world.
