The Sphere segment drove growth with a 14% revenue increase to $198.9 million, while MSG Networks revenues declined 15% to $75.4 million due to lower distribution subscribers and a $177.6 million non-cash goodwill impairment charge. Consolidated operating loss widened by 47% to $240.6 million, but adjusted operating income rose 8% to $39.2 million as the company excluded depreciation, amortization, impairments, and share-based compensation.
