Sportradar agrees to sell Synergy Sports coaching business for $170M

Sportradar Group AG has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Atrium Sports Inc., the operator of its Synergy Sports coaching and scouting business, to Teamworks Innovations Inc. for $170 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Sportradar will retain certain underlying technology assets, including automated video production cameras and computer vision capabilities, which are already integrated into its core offerings. This divestiture allows the company to streamline operations and focus on its primary betting, gaming, and media priorities while strengthening its balance sheet.
