Stoneridge appoints Vivek Anand as VP of Commercial Strategy & Global Sales

Orlaco Products BV, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Stoneridge, Inc., entered into an employment agreement with Vivek Anand for the role of Vice President, Commercial Strategy & Global Sales. Mr. Anand will report to CEO Natalia Noblet and lead the global commercial organization, effective November 2, 2026. His compensation includes a €330,000 annual base salary, a target bonus of 50% of base, a one-time sign-on bonus of €50,000, and a special equity grant valued at €150,000. Mr. Anand brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial vehicle and automotive industries.
