SRx Health Solutions, Inc. completed a share exchange and asset transfer transaction with EMJ Crypto Technologies Inc. and CCC Crypto Corp. on June 18, 2026. Through this transaction, the company acquired 100% of the equity interests of EMJC and CCC Crypto, along with 100% ownership of the IP Asset.
