SSR Mining updates Marigold reserves to 4.6 Moz gold with $3.3B NPV5% on 20-year life of mine plan

SSR Mining announced the results of a Technical Report Summary for its Marigold Complex in Nevada, updating Mineral Reserves to 4.6 million ounces of gold, a 43% increase from year-end 2025. The updated plan projects an after-tax Net Present Value at a 5% discount rate (NPV5%) of $3.3 billion based on consensus gold prices averaging $3,948 per ounce. Life-of-mine production is estimated at 3.3 million ounces over 20 years, with average annual output of 231,000 ounces from 2027 to 2031 and an All-In Sustaining Cost (AISC) of $2,062 per ounce. The complex includes the Marigold Mine and Buffalo Valley deposit, supported by 1.7 million ounces in Measured and Indicated resources exclusive of reserves.
