On June 23, 2026, SuRo Capital Corp. filed Articles of Amendment to change its corporate name to Neostellar Capital Corp., effective July 1, 2026. Consequently, the Nasdaq trading symbols for its common stock and 6.00% Notes due 2026 will change from "SSSS" to "NSLR" and "SSSSL" to "NSLRL," respectively.
