NYSE notifies Stem of non-compliance with $50M market cap and equity listing standards
STEMStem, Inc.
The New York Stock Exchange notified Stem that it failed to maintain the required average global market capitalization and stockholders' equity of at least $50 million over a consecutive 30-trading-day period. The company received a formal non-compliance letter on October 20, 2026, and intends to submit a business plan within 45 days demonstrating how it expects to regain compliance within 18 months. During the cure period, Stem's common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE subject to the exchange's acceptance of the plan and quarterly reviews. This non-compliance does not affect the company's ongoing business operations or SEC reporting requirements. Stem is a global leader in AI-enabled clean energy software and services.
