Neuronetics, Inc. announced that Francis X. Brown III’s appointment as interim principal financial and accounting officer ended on August 11, 2026, without any dispute or disagreement with management. Concurrently, the Board appointed Nir Naor to serve as the Company’s principal financial and accounting officer effective August 12, 2026. Mr. Naor, who was previously named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer in July 2026, also assumed the title of Corporate Secretary. He received no new compensation for these additional roles. Neuronetics, Inc. operates in the medical device industry, developing neuromodulation therapies.
