STKS appoints Caroline O’Mahony Baker as COO with $355K salary and 40,000 RSUs

The Board of Directors appointed Caroline O’Mahony Baker as Chief Operating Officer effective September 22, 2026. Ms. O’Mahony Baker, age 46, joins the role with over 18 years of company experience, previously serving as Executive Vice President of Operations and COO for the STK brand since September 2018. In her new capacity, she assumes responsibility for Grill Concepts and Benihana restaurant operations in addition to existing duties. Her base salary increases to $355,000 with a target annual bonus of 50% of base salary, accompanied by a grant of 40,000 restricted stock units vesting ratably over three years. The company operates in the hospitality industry, specifically owning and operating upscale restaurants and nightlife venues.
