Star Equity acquires Cornerstone RPO for $500k upfront plus up to $2M in contingent consideration

Star Equity Holdings acquired Cornerstone RPO, a recruitment process outsourcing provider, on November 2, 2026. The transaction includes $500,000 in cash consideration, with $100,000 held in escrow and $250,000 paid via a three-year promissory note. Up to an additional $1,750,000 may be earned through revenue milestones and contract transfers over the next three years.
