Strawberry Fields REIT, Inc. closed a $300 million Corporate Credit Facility with Popular Bank, consisting of a $100 million term loan and a $200 million revolving credit facility. The facility, which matures on June 18, 2029, with two one-year extension options, bears interest at the greater of 1-month CME Term SOFR plus 275 basis points or 5.50%. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt, support acquisitions, and for general corporate purposes.
