Sunbelt EVP Lynne Fuller-Andrews steps down as General Counsel with $1.15M severance package

Lynne Fuller-Andrews, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Sunbelt Rentals Holdings, Inc., notified the Company of her intention to retire effective November 1, 2027. She stepped down from her executive role on October 23, 2026, but will remain in a non-executive capacity through the Retirement Date to facilitate a seamless transition. Under the Transition and Retirement Agreement, she will receive a base salary of $637,500 during the transition period and a cash bonus of $510,000 for fiscal year 2027, totaling $1,147,500 in compensation. Her outstanding equity awards will vest according to retirement provisions upon execution of a release of claims. The Company has commenced a search for her successor. Sunbelt Rentals Holdings operates as the largest equipment rental company in the United States.
