SurgePays, Inc. formed Redline Wireless Group, LLC, a joint venture with one of the largest U.S. wireless master distribution organizations to market prepaid wireless services nationwide. SurgePays holds a 51% controlling interest and will contribute its LinkUp Mobile brand, MVNO platform, billing systems, and operations center as in-kind assets without cash capital contributions. The partner contributes access to a network of over 20,000 active independent dealers. Redline is expected to be cash flow positive from its first month of commercial operations, with both parties targeting more than 1 million subscribers. SurgePays operates in the wireless and fintech technology sector, connecting subprime consumers to mobile services.
