Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. III entered into Amendment No. 2 to its Business Combination Agreement with General Fusion Inc. and 1573562 B.C. Ltd. The amendment allows Company SAFE Holders to vote on the Arrangement Resolution in connection with the Plan of Arrangement.
