SWKSSkyworks Solutions, Inc.
Skyworks Solutions has completed its merger with Qorvo, creating a global leader in high-performance radio frequency, power management, and analog semiconductor solutions. Under the transaction terms finalized on October 5, 2026, each Qorvo common share was converted into $32.50 in cash plus 0.960 shares of Skyworks common stock. To finance the deal, Skyworks previously issued $2 billion in senior notes due between 2028 and 2036. The combined entity expects at least $500 million in annual cost synergies within 24 to 36 months and immediate non-GAAP EPS accretion. Legacy Qorvo CEO Bob Bruggeworth joined the Skyworks board, while Robert Terry departed as general counsel. Skyworks operates in the semiconductor industry, designing RF, timing, power management, and mixed-signal solutions for mobile, automotive, and infrastructure markets.
