Ms. Shen previously served as an independent director on the Board since October 2023 and most recently held the CFO role at Gaotu Techedu Inc. In connection with her new executive position, she stepped down from the audit, compensation, and nominating committees but will remain a board director. She brings extensive financial leadership experience and holds certifications as a Chinese CPA and an EMBA from Tsinghua University.
