Elevra Lithium Limited completed the sale of its rights to the E45/2364 pegmatite project in Western Australia to Wildcat Resources Limited for total consideration of A$16 million plus a contingent royalty. The deal includes an immediate A$5 million cash payment, A$8 million in Wildcat shares issued at $0.353 per share, and A$3 million deferred cash payable six months after Wildcat announces a completed feasibility study. Additionally, Elevra will receive A$0.70 per tonne for each tonne of JORC Pegmatite Mineral Resource announced by Wildcat within the project area. This transaction allows Elevra to unlock value from a non-core asset and reinvest capital into its core North American lithium projects. Elevra Lithium Limited is a North American lithium producer with assets in Canada, the United States, and Western Australia.
