TAT Technologies expanded its strategic partnership with Honeywell Aerospace, becoming the sole global authorized distributor of spare parts for the GTCP 331-200/250 auxiliary power unit (APU) platform, excluding Africa until 2030 and direct distribution to non-aftermarket OEMs. The agreement extends TAT's MRO licenses for this platform until 2036 and includes the acquisition of three Honeywell Aerospace 131-9A APUs to bolster its trading and leasing business. This expansion integrates parts distribution with existing MRO services to provide a single-source solution for aircraft operators and lessors. TAT Technologies provides MRO services and products to the commercial and military aerospace and ground defense industries.
