The company posted a net loss of S$2.2 million (US$1.7 million), compared to a near-breakeven result last year, driven by lower professional services revenue following the completion of major projects and the expiration of software license contracts. Operating expenses rose 157.5% to S$2.6 million due to higher professional fees for post-IPO initiatives and increased staff costs. The company holds approximately S$6.5 million in cash as it appeals an NYSE American delisting decision scheduled for review on October 22, 2026.
