BlackRock TCP Capital appoints Dan Worrell as COO, replacing Patrick Wolfe

BlackRock TCP Capital Corp. announced the resignation of Patrick Wolfe as Chief Operating Officer, effective December 18, 2026, to pursue opportunities outside BlackRock, Inc. The Board appointed Dan Worrell as the new COO, also effective December 18, 2026. Mr. Worrell currently serves as President of the Company and will continue in that role while assuming the COO position. He is a Managing Director at BlackRock, Inc., with prior experience at Tennenbaum Capital Partners and Mulholland Capital Advisors. This executive transition does not involve any disagreement with management. The company operates in the business development and private credit industry.
