TE Connectivity plc announced that Executive Vice President and General Counsel John S. Jenkins, Jr. will retire effective March 31, 2027. The company appointed Jennifer A. Johnson as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, with her start date anticipated for November 9, 2026. Upon joining, Ms. Johnson will succeed Mr. Jenkins in the top legal role. Following this transition, Mr. Jenkins will remain employed by the company as an executive legal advisor until his retirement, retaining his annual salary and eligibility for Annual Incentive Plan awards on a prorated basis.
