On August 20, 2026, Tredegar Corporation announced that its Board of Directors elected Ana Dutra as an independent director and a member of the Executive Compensation Committee, effective immediately. Ms. Dutra brings over 30 years of global executive and board experience across technology, manufacturing, and financial services sectors. She currently serves on the boards of Pembina Pipeline Corporation and CarParts.com and previously served as CEO of Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting. Her compensation will follow the Company’s existing program for non-employee directors. Tredegar Corporation is an industrial manufacturer specializing in custom aluminum extrusions for construction, automotive, and specialty markets, as well as engineered films for electronics and advanced packaging applications.
