Names Clinton Roeder New Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Team, Inc. announced that Nelson Haight is retiring as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer after serving for over four years. Clinton Roeder will succeed him effective June 22, 2026. Mr. Haight will remain with the company briefly as a Special Advisor to the CEO. Mr. Roeder brings over 30 years of financial experience, most recently serving as CFO of PrimeFlight Aviation Services and Nine Energy Services. Team, Inc. is a global provider of specialty industrial services including inspection, heat-treating, and mechanical services.
