Takeda completed the issuance of 10,780,950 new shares and disposal of 6,096,159 treasury shares on July 8, 2026, under its Long-Term Incentive Plan for employees outside of Japan. The total number of shares issued and disposed of was 16,877,109 ordinary shares at a price of 5,050 yen per share, totaling 85,229,400,450 yen.
