Trilogy Metals Inc. announced the successful completion of its 2026 summer field program at the Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects in Alaska, achieving all priority objectives with 42 geotechnical, hydrogeological, condemnation, and exploration holes drilled over approximately 5,200 meters. The company also appointed David Thomas as Senior Vice President of Project Development for Ambler Metals LLC, a 50/50 joint venture owned by Trilogy and South32 Limited, to lead engineering efforts for the Arctic Project. This leadership change supports the transition from defining the project to preparing for construction, with a Record of Decision targeted for September 2028.
