Tandem Diabetes Care reported third-quarter 2026 worldwide sales of $283.7 million, a 14% increase from the prior year period, driven by a 9% rise in U.S. sales to $191.0 million and a 26% jump in international revenue. The company shipped approximately 33,000 insulin pumps globally, including nearly 23,000 in the United States. Gross margin expanded to 57%, up 270 basis points year-over-year, while operating loss narrowed significantly to $2.4 million from $22.9 million. Net loss decreased to $7.1 million compared to $21.2 million in the same quarter last year, and Adjusted EBITDA rose to $18.0 million. The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 sales guidance of approximately $1.065 billion to $1.085 billion.
