Turning Point Brands announced that Graham Purdy resigned as President and CEO on September 21, 2026, effective September 30, for personal reasons. The Board appointed Executive Chairman David E. Glazek as the new CEO effective October 1, 2026. Concurrently, the company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 Modern Oral gross sales guidance of $330 million to $350 million and net sales guidance of $260 million to $270 million. It also tightened EBITDA guidance to $70 million–$80 million from $70 million–$90 million, citing no margin benefit from onshoring until 2027 and higher freight costs. Turning Point Brands manufactures, markets, and distributes branded consumer products including alternative smoking accessories and consumables.
