Tempest Therapeutics, Inc. entered into a product development and investigator-initiated trial collaboration agreement with Heibei Senlang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to develop its TPST-4003 product candidate in China. The collaboration includes a development fee of $1.5 million to $2.0 million per product, and Senlang holds an exclusive option to negotiate a license agreement for China rights. First patient dosing for the investigator-initiated trial in China is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
