On July 20, 2026, Shaoren Liu resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Apex Tech Acquisition Inc., effective immediately. Mr. Liu will remain with the company as Chief Financial Officer, Chairman of the Board, and a director. The Board of Directors appointed Florence Ng as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 20, 2026. Ms. Ng brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, having previously founded FNC Advisory LLC and held leadership roles at Mega Matrix Corp. Apex Tech Acquisition Inc. is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).
