Trinity Biotech plc announced a strategic collaboration agreement with Latch Medical Limited to develop precision therapeutic solutions for diabetes, obesity, and metabolic health. The partnership will combine Trinity Biotech's CGM+ wearable biosensor platform with Latch Medical's Pharma Latch™ intradermal drug delivery technology. Trinity Biotech has also agreed in principle to make a strategic equity investment in Latch Medical, supported by its largest financial investor, Perceptive Advisors.
