Tronox appoints Yasser Al-Daajani to its Board of Directors

He brings over 25 years of experience in the petrochemicals industry and holds a degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. His compensation includes an annual cash retainer of $100,000 and equity grants valued at $150,000.
