The Board of Directors increased the number of directors on the Board from eight to nine and elected Anthony Jabbour as a director effective August 5, 2026. Mr. Jabbour was appointed to the Audit and Risk Committees. He is the former CEO of Dun & Bradstreet Holdings, Inc. and former Executive Chairman and CEO of Black Knight, Inc. Compensation will follow the Current Director Compensation Program described in Exhibit 10.2 to the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Travelers Companies, Inc. operates in the property and casualty insurance industry.
