Tenaris reported second-quarter 2026 net income of $492 million ($0.95 per ADS), a 9% decline from the prior year period, driven by a 4% drop in sales to $2,967 million due to shipment postponements in the Middle East following the Strait of Hormuz closure. EBITDA fell 11% to $649 million as higher logistics and raw material costs compressed margins. The company generated $396 million in free cash flow and paid $606 million in dividends, maintaining a net cash position of $3.6 billion. Additionally, the Board appointed Alicia Móndolo and Maria Novales-Flamarique to replace resigning directors Jaime Serra Puche and Germán Curá. Tenaris manufactures tubular products for the oil and gas industry.
