UBERUber Technologies, Inc
Uber Technologies entered into a Term Loan Credit Agreement to finance its voluntary public takeover offer for Delivery Hero shares. The agreement provides senior unsecured term loan commitments in two tranches maturing 18 months and three years after closing, reducing Bridge Credit Agreement commitments by €4 billion. Additionally, Uber executed Amendment No. 1 to its Bridge Credit Agreement and entered into a new $7.7 billion Revolving Credit Agreement with Bank of America, replacing the prior facility which was terminated on August 6, 2026. The revolving facility includes approximately $324 million in issued letters of credit but no drawn borrowings as of closing. These financing arrangements support Uber's strategic acquisition activities and general corporate purposes. Uber Technologies operates in the technology and transportation industry, providing ride-hailing, food delivery, and freight services.
