UFP appoints Mitchell Rock as CEO and Ryan Stafford as General Counsel

UFP Technologies, Inc. announced several leadership changes and compensation approvals on June 4, 2026. Ryan Stafford was appointed General Counsel, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and Secretary, effective immediately, with a base salary of $400,000 and an annual equity award valued at $650,000. Mitchell C. Rock was appointed Chief Executive Officer and joined the Board of Directors following a board size increase from seven to eight members. Additionally, the Compensation Committee approved a $1 million stock unit award grant for Ronald J. Lataille, Senior Vice President and CFO. UFP Technologies is a manufacturer of specialized high-performance components.
