Ryan Stafford was appointed General Counsel, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and Secretary, effective immediately, with a base salary of $400,000 and an annual equity award valued at $650,000. Mitchell C. Rock was appointed Chief Executive Officer and joined the Board of Directors following a board size increase from seven to eight members. Additionally, the Compensation Committee approved a $1 million stock unit award grant for Ronald J. Lataille, Senior Vice President and CFO.
